Actual services are governed by HSE allocations, individual assessment, the Service Agreement, Activity/Care Plan, risk assessments and current organisational policies. Website summaries do not replace those documents.

WLIL aims to use the most current approved standalone policies. Historic reports, handbooks or archived documents may refer to policy versions that have since been superseded.
