The website is operated by West Limerick Independent Living CLG. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@limerickcil.com or made by telephone on 069 77320.

This website includes a limited Staff Policy Acknowledgement form for WLIL employees. The form collects the employee's name, email address, employee/payroll number, role, acknowledgement and submission date/time so WLIL can keep an appropriate employment-administration and policy-governance record. The submission is sent to the designated WLIL administrator. The website does not use a general open contact or feedback form. If you contact WLIL by email or telephone, the information you provide is used to respond to the enquiry, direct it to the appropriate staff member and keep an appropriate record where necessary.

Website hosting systems may create standard server logs for security, reliability and troubleshooting. These can include technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and date/time of access.

The current website is designed without non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. The Staff Policy Acknowledgement form uses ordinary website functionality only and does not require an employee account or tracking analytics. Standard hosting/security logs may still be created as described above. If WLIL later adds analytics or embedded services that require consent, this notice and the website consent arrangements will be updated before those tools are used.

The website links to external organisations and services, including the Microsoft PA application form. Those sites are responsible for their own privacy and cookie practices.
