WLIL aims to make this website clear, usable and accessible to as many people as possible.
Our approach
The website uses semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus styles, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, responsive layouts and strong colour contrast. Text can be enlarged using browser controls without requiring a separate accessibility widget.
Documents
Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible because they were produced before the current website. Where possible, important information is also provided in HTML. The Service User Guide is provided as an Easy Read PDF.
